Julia Embrey Mann is an accomplished artist and muralist.  She has always loved drawing and colored pencils.  In fact, she used some of the very same colored pencils from her early childhood to create the artwork for My Santa. This is her first picture book.  She lives in Houston, Texas, with her husband and two boys.
